1. Warranty Coverage
Zebion Infotech Pvt. Ltd. provides a limited manufacturer warranty on eligible products purchased through authorized channels. Warranty periods typically range from 36 to 60 months depending on the product category, as specified on the product packaging, invoice, or product detail page.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, liquid damage, power surges beyond rated specifications, or normal wear and tear.
2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in components and assembly
- Functional failures occurring under normal operating conditions
- Repair or replacement at Zebion's discretion
- Service through authorized Zebion service centres nationwide
3. What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage, drops, or impact damage
- Damage from improper installation or unauthorized modification
- Consumables such as batteries, cables, or accessories unless specified
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers without valid proof of purchase
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Locate your nearest authorized service centre using our Service Directory.
- Carry the defective product along with the original invoice or valid proof of purchase.
- The service centre will inspect the product and validate warranty eligibility based on serial number and purchase date.
- Approved claims will be repaired or replaced within reasonable turnaround time, subject to parts availability.
5. Product-Specific Warranty Periods
Monitors and premium displays typically carry a 36-month warranty. Select memory cards and power products may include extended coverage up to 60 months. Always refer to the warranty card included with your product or the specifications on the official product page for exact coverage duration.
6. Limitations
Zebion's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or data loss damages. Warranty benefits are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
