Yogesh Dagale

Chairman & Managing Director

Yogesh Popatlal Dagale is the Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director of our Company.
He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since inception.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
He has a work experience of around 18 years in business development activities.
He currently looks into marketing, operations, administration, finance and compliance activities of the company.

Whole Time Director

Abhinandan Popatlal Dagale is the Promoter & Whole-Time Director of our Company.
He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since its inception.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
He has around 18 years of experience in business development activities related to ICT products.
He is presently responsible for planning, procurement, and product development activities of the Company.

Non-Executive Director

Rajesh Devendra Dinde is the Non-Executive Director of our Company.
He has been associated with our Company since 2010 as General Manager and was promoted as Non-Executive Director w.e.f. May 09, 2025.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
He has around 28 years of overall experience in the pharmaceuticals and ICT products sectors.
He is primarily responsible for providing on-field training to the sales team.
He also evaluates the performance of newly launched products.

Independent Director

Santosh Prabhakar Mugalikar is the Independent Director of our Company.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from Nagpur University.
He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Educatis University, Switzerland.
He has around 24 years of work experience in the IT industry.
He is currently associated with Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Manager since 2021.

Independent Director

Seema Anmol Chhoriya is the Independent Director of our Company.
She holds a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Pune.
She has passed the Company Secretary (CS) examination from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
She has around 5 years of overall work experience in the education and skill development sector.
She was appointed to our Board as an Independent Director with effect from March 20, 2025.
She currently serves as a Director of TBLD Media Private Limited.
She is also a Partner in KSAM Ventures LLP.
